School Donation Eligibility:
- Must be a school that is a current Bernick’s customer or in a community we serve in MN or WI service areas
- Must benefit students, youth, or school programming
- Must align with Bernick’s community priorities
- Requests should be submitted at least four weeks in advance of the event date
Community Donations
Community donations support nonprofits, local groups, and event organizers looking for help bringing people together. We partner with organizations to host meaningful, mission-aligned programs that strengthen local communities.

What Bernick's Can Provide

Donation Timeline & Request Process
Donation requests must be submitted using the appropriate online form. To help us plan effectively, please allow adequate time for review.
Typical donation request timeline:
- Submit request: At least 3–4 weeks before your event
- Review: Our team evaluates each request based on eligibility and availability
- Response: You will be contacted directly with approval or next steps
Submitting early helps ensure product availability and delivery scheduling.
Requests We Cannot Support
To ensure our resources have the greatest impact, Bernick’s cannot provide donations for:
- Political campaigns or partisan events
- For-profit business promotions
- Individual support or personal requests
- Events outside our MN & WI service areas
- Programs misaligned with community values
